Smarter Strategy for Real Estate and Creative Teams
Lindvall Strategic helps real estate and creative teams work smarter—by bringing clarity, structure, and expert support to marketing, communications, and organizational strategy.
The consultancy was founded by Brian Lindvall, who brings experience from every side of the table: as a Vice President at Hines, leading global property marketing and brand strategy for one of the world’s top developers; as a Partner at DBOX, the award-winning creative agency specializing in real estate branding; and as Marketing Director at Perkins&Will, a global architecture firm. That perspective—developer, agency, and architect—gives Lindvall Strategic a rare ability to translate between disciplines, streamline processes, and move projects forward with alignment and efficiency.
Clients turn to Lindvall Strategic for thoughtful, high-level support that’s grounded in real experience. Whether helping an agency sharpen its proposals, managing the RFP process for a developer, or stepping in as a strategic leader during a critical phase, the work is always focused on making teams more effective and better connected.
